When do we provide a return policy?
- Unboxing Video (unpacking video of the product without any pauses or editing) is a must to raise replacement requests.
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we receive the product back at our office.
- Customers have to courier us of exchange order (In case of damage then only) once we receive the courier we will assist you if you want a return.
- Courier charges will be paid by voucher flat 100 Rs.

When do we cancel the order?

- Order once moved to shipped cannot be canceled.
- In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order.

EXCHANGE POLICY
When can I exchange?
- For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 3 days of delivery at brosialuxuriousfragrance@gmail.com.We will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.
- In case of an exchange, customers have to mail brosialuxuriousfragrance@gmail.com.
- We will ask you to send the real image and unboxing videos of the received product for verification of the product.
